Man, this hasn't been a greta week...
First, on Monday, I dound out I didn't get a lead role in the musical. After looking at the sheet, I came to the decsision that I had more acting talent than most of those guys combined. But, I'm stuck on Male Chorus, which isn't as bad as I may make it seem, but I really wanted a lead, and I thought my work at Lithuania might be able to get me there.
Wednesday, I had to stay after school for an extra 45 minutes after Improv, because I had to wait for my brother to get out of the screening of a Broadway musical of the musicla we were doing. I also had a game of Ultimate Frisbee at lunch, and I was just wiped out and skipped karate because I barely had the energy to shuffle my feet as I "walked" across the room.
Then, yesterday (thursday), I asked a girl out that I've liked since last year (and, I have asked her out twice last year, getting a "Work" response and a slumber party one). I went to her locker after gettign back from the Primary school down the hill from my High School (and, I used to go to that school), and in a good mood. Went over, called her name (whic, might I add, had been the shortest time for me to work the guts to do so), and ask what she was doing Friday night.
She said she was going to watch a movie with her father. I then asked her to confirm that she said father (the last girl I asked out, on the thirs time said she was camping with her BOYfriend's family). I had thought to myself, "So far so good".
I then asked about saturday, and she said she was having a girl's night in. Now, here's where it gets confusing: her friends (who had been at there lockers and such) said that they won't having a girl's night in, and she said " Yes we are. It's at my house, remember?" . Anyways, she asked me why I wanted to know about her plans, and I said Iw a swondering if she wanted to catch a movie. She then said she wasn't a movie person. And, I also said a few times (mostly at the friend's bit), that if she didn't want to go out with me, then it's no problem, I understand. And, I'm pretty sure I said somethign about next weekend, or something and she said yah.
So, I left, and went home. And, I've been trying to figure out if she wants to go out with me, or much rather if I didn't try.
But, in some good news, I have a strange urge to start drawing up my comic. I think it's mostly because the first two comics are about one of the characters asking girls out and getting rejected...
EDIT: I just logged onto ICQ, and I read her away message:
" hahahah...i quit i am dumb
gone to the guys basketball game * leave it or call *** - **** "
I wondered what happened to that movie with her father...
I think I'm going to leave her a message...
In other news, I'm half way down with the inking of the comic.
